Please note that the program is subject to changes and will be continuously updated up to the conference.

Format requirements of the power point presentation can be found here: https://www.wrforum.org/oral-presentations/. Please send the electronic version of your power point presentation to cecilia.matasci@wrforum.org until Sunday October 22, naming the document as follows ‘Session[Number of your Session]-[Number of your presentation]-[Your name].We are prepared for the formats PowerPoint or PDF (on Microsoft Windows laptops) with the 16:9 format. Please inform cecilia.matasci@wrforum.org in advance if you have other technical requirements. The rooms are equipped with overhead projectors and beamers.

3. Preparing and handing over your poster
Discussion with the participants will follow in front of a good-quality printed version of your power point presentation (your 6 slides in A4 or A3 format each) or a regular poster in A0 size (vertical)  which can contain additional information. The poster should be brought to Geneva and hung by yourself on the panel prepared for you at the conference. Please note that in exceptional cases (especially for organizations that have no access to A0 printers), the WRF organization can provide printing services (charging 20.- CHF per poster). If you need this service, please send a request by October 11, 2017 to Cecilia Matasci (e-mail: cecilia.matasci@wrforum.org) who will coordinate with you about the next steps.

Please upload the pdf version of your poster before October 20 and a short biography of yourself as well as a picture in good resolution before October 11 in our conftool. Instructions on how to upload the documents can be found here: https://www.wrforum.org/world-resources-forum-2017/wrf-2017-call-for-papers/conftool/

We will instruct you at the registration desk on how to hang up your poster.

4. Meeting the session chair
15 minutes before session start. Please look up the names of the chairperson of your session in the final program and meet them 15 min. before the session starts in the room where you will present. In case the chairperson has not got your short biography, she or he will ask you for some keywords to introduce you to the audience (your profession, you institutional affiliation, title of your speech). A technical assistant is available on place for technical questions related to the infrastructure.

5. Presentation
Please prepare your speech for 5 minutes. The chairpersons will indicate the time left with a red sheet labelled „2 minutes left“. It is crucial for the success of the conference that schedules are adhered to. The session chair is responsible for keeping to the schedule. Please do not present longer than planned. You will have time to reply questions in front of your poster. Please refer to the instructions here: https://www.wrforum.org/oral-presentations/.

6. Best presentation award
