► The early bird registration fee is available until August 1, 2017.
► Discounted fees are available for a limited number of participants. Apply for a reduction in the registration fee here.
► The student fee does not include the Gala dinner with performance on October 24. Students will be able to buy their tickets (100 CHF) on site.
Conference Cancellation Policy
Substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant until October 1, 2017. You may submit your request via email at email@example.com
There is no cost for a substitution.
Registrations cancelled until September 1, 2017 will be fully refunded, minus any bank charges to cover fees.
For registrations cancelled after September 1, 2017 no refund will be available.
Cancellation requests must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org for refunds to be eligible. They must identify the registrant’s name, email address, membership level and amount paid.
Refunds will be processed in the following ways:
- For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded, minus any bank charges if it was paid by credit card, to cover fees.
- For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee nominated account and all bank charges will be directly deducted from the refund.
The Conference Cancellation Policy as stated on this page is valid from March 2017.
