Kamila Guimarães de Moraes

kamilaKamila Guimarães de Moraes is a lawyer (member of the Brazilian Bar Association), lecturer and researcher of Environmental Law and Biola and has a Master’s degree in Law, State and Society from the same school, specialising in Environment and Political Ecology. Kamila is a board member (General Secretary) of the Law for a Green Planet Institute; a member of the editorial board, “Law for a Green Planet” and referee of the Journal of Environmental Law, edited by Thomson Reuters. She is the author of “Planned obsolescence and Law: (un)sustainability from consumption to waste production” and has many book chapters, papers and articles published about Environmental Law, Sustainability and Waste management, amongst others. Her talk is entitled Zero Waste Brazil and the Brazilian Solid Waste National Policy
