At the World Resources Forum, Rebecca works on the organisation of the WRF flagship conference and is responsible for communications, knowledge management, training activities and event coordination. Alongside this, she works on the DiliCHANCE project, which supports companies in due diligence in mineral supply chains through research, tool development and stakeholder workshops, and contributes to projects on circular electronics and sustainable healthcare. She has also conducted mining company assessments (ESG analysis) for the Responsible Mining Index.

Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs & Governance from the University of St. Gallen, with a focus on sustainable development. Prior to joining WRF, she worked at the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), supporting private sector collaboration and innovative approaches in development cooperation, with a focus on Women’s Economic Empowerment in the Global South.

When not at her desk, Rebecca is most likely outdoors in the mountains, no matter the season.
