At the World Resources Forum, Nicole ensures the financial health and operational integrity of the organisation and all its projects. As Head of Finance, she oversees budgeting, financial planning, and grant administration across WRF’s entire project portfolio — from EU Horizon projects to international development initiatives — making sure every project remains on track financially. Her dual role as Executive Assistant makes her a central pillar of the organisation’s day-to-day operations.

Nicole brings more than 15 years of experience in finance and administration, having worked as a secretary and financial officer across various Swiss companies before joining WRF in 2013. She holds a degree from the Business School of Basel, a diploma in Finance and Accounting from St. Gallen (2018), and is a Chartered Specialist in Accounting and Financial Management (St. Gallen, 2021).

When she’s not balancing the books, Nicole brings an instant mood boost to the office — usually in the form of her dogs.
