
Martine Rohn-Brossard

Martine Rohn-Brossard is Head of Europe, Trade and Development Cooperation Section and Deputy Head of International Affairs Division of the Swiss Federal Office for the Environment. With her team, she is in charge of the international environmental aspects of trade, economy and development cooperation as well as of bilateral relations. The EU environmental issues and the European Environment Agency are also in her portfolio.
She is Vice-Chair of the UNECE Committee on Environmental Policy and represents Switzerland at the OECD Environmental Committee. She is a Steering Committee member of the UNEP International Resource Panel and is Member of the Board of the World Resources Forum. From 2017 to 2019, she is the Chair of the International Commission for the Protection of the Rhine.
Martine Rohn-Brossard is an economist with a postgrade degree in ecology and environmental science.
