Abstract:
Over 700 participants from more than 50 countries convened in Beijing, China, October 21–23, 2012, to discuss the topic of “Resources and Green Economy” at the World Resources Forum 2012. There was consensus that natural resources and the environment are subjects of common problems facing all countries in the world, with serious challenges for economic development, consumption and production patterns, and poverty eradication.
